Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by BreakTees are produced after an order is placed.

Because our products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Requests submitted after production has started

Personalized & Custom Products

Many BreakTees products include personalized or customized elements such as names, text, artwork, images, or other customer-provided information.

Because these products are uniquely created for each customer, personalized and custom products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to:

Sizing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing chart provided on each product page before placing an order.

Due to manufacturing tolerances, product measurements may vary slightly.

Minor size variations of approximately 1–2 inches (2–5 cm) are considered normal and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Sizing concerns resulting from customer selection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Color Disclaimer

Lost Packages

Production & Shipping Delays

Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, standard product exchanges are not available.
